How to use

1. Brush and rinse your teeth, then dry them lightly.
2. Apply a thin line of gel along the front-facing inside surface of the LED mouthpiece.
3. Insert the mouthpiece, switch on the LED, and wear it for the time stated in your instruction guide.
4. Remove, rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece thoroughly, and recharge the device for next time.
