Shipping Policy

At Whitening Trays, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely and transparently. On this page you will find all the information regarding processing times, shipping costs, the regions we ship to, and order tracking.

The Whitening Trays store is operated by Rule's Scape, the entity responsible for handling and dispatching all orders.

Order processing

Orders are processed and prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after [time] or on non-business days begin processing on the next business day. Once dispatched, the carrier's transit time is added to the processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, followed by a second email with your tracking number as soon as the order ships.

Shipping across Europe is handled by DPD, with delivery to your door. Orders of €140.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Countries included in the Europe zone: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.


Delivery times

The times shown are estimates and are counted from the dispatch date, not the order date. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, high-volume periods (sales, holiday seasons) or customs procedures.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time. If you do not receive this email, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

Customs duties and taxes

For most European Union countries, no additional customs charges apply.

For destinations outside the European Union - namely the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland - your order may be subject to customs duties, fees or import taxes charged by the local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order value or shipping costs.

Incorrect addresses and undelivered orders

Please double-check all address and contact details before completing your purchase. Whitening Trays is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an invalid address or because it was not collected within the carrier's holding period, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may require payment of new shipping fees.

Damaged or missing items

If you receive a damaged order or notice any missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
