This Legal Notice sets out the legal identification of the operator of the Whitening Trays online store (the "Website") and the general terms governing its use, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (on electronic commerce) and applicable consumer protection legislation.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website is an e-commerce platform dedicated to the sale of teeth whitening products. Through the Website, users may browse our catalogue, place orders and access information relating to our products and services.

4. Hosting and platform

The Website is hosted on and operated through the Shopify e-commerce platform, provided by Shopify International Limited, with registered office in Ireland.


5. Intellectual property

All content displayed on the Website — including but not limited to text, logos, brands, images, graphics, page layout and software — is the property of Rule's Scape or of its respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property and industrial property laws.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use of this content, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of the rights holder, is prohibited.


6. User obligations

Users undertake to use the Website and its contents in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, public order and good faith, refraining from any use that may be unlawful, harmful to the rights or interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable or impair the Website or prevent its normal use by other users.


7. Consumer dispute resolution

In accordance with Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, in the event of a dispute a consumer may resort to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity for consumer disputes.

Note: The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. This Legal Notice therefore does not link to it.


8. Limitation of liability

Rule's Scape makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the absence of errors or that the content is complete or current at all times, and we reserve the right to modify it at any time without prior notice.

Rule's Scape shall not be liable for any interruption, failure or unavailability of the Website resulting from technical causes, maintenance or factors beyond our reasonable control.


9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Website shall be subject to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers under the law of their place of residence.

Rule's Scape reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time in order to reflect legal, technical or business changes. Any amendments take effect from the date of their publication on the Website.
